  • From where are Lo Bou items sourced?
    Lo Bou products are an assortment of purchases picked up along the way. Some items sourced locally, others brought back from international travels.
  • What size am I?
    Sizing varies between items, so we recommend viewing the detailed product measurements provided in Product Details. As a note, measurements are indicated in inches while item is lying flat. We recommend comparing these measurements to a similar item that you already own. Additionally, if products are modeled, please review Model Stats to determine best fit. If additional help is needed regarding sizing and fit, please send a note to shoplobou@gmail.com.
  • Will you be offering more sizes?
    Yes. As Lo Bou continues to grow, more products will be available, therefore more sizes and fits will be offered. Just remember, Lo Bou products are unique and therefore may only come in one size.
  • What is your return policy?
    Due to the unique nature of business, all Lo Bo items are final sale. No returns, no exchanges. We want all customers to buy with confidence, so please send a note to shoplobou@gmail.com with any questions regarding sizes to assure perfect fit.
  • What if my item is damaged, defective, or incorrect?"
    If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please send a note to shoplobou@gmail.com as soon as possible. We want all customers to be completely happy with their purchase(s). Note: Some products are not new; some have no tags. These products will always be marked indicating their condition. Please review the condition of your product before purchasing.
  • How do I purchase?
    Customers can purchase by adding products to their online cart and processing payment. Venmo is the only form of payment accepted, at this time.
  • Can I change/cancel my order?
    Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be cancelled. Please make sure you are certain about purchasing your item. See Return Policy for more details.
  • How long before my order ships?
    All orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Please note, Holidays may affect shipping time.
  • What forms of payment do you take?
    Lo Bou only accepts Venmo as a form of payment at this time.
  • What are your shipping methods and how long do they take?
    Currently, Lo Bou only ships U.S. Domestic, USPS. Once shipped, your purchase(s) should arrive in 2-6 business days. Tracking numbers will be provided.
  • How much does shipping cost?
    There is a flat-rate shipping charge of $6 for every jewelry order. There is a flat-rate shipping charge of $10 for every other order. Remember, The Little Lo and The Lotta Lo Monthly Subscription boxes include FREE SHIPPING!
